We help you collect 200–400 defect images from your line, train an initial model, and deploy on one line — typically 1–2 weeks from first conversation to first detection. Pilot is priced at Starter plan rates. No additional setup fee.
No. If you have GigE or USB3 cameras already positioned over the line, we work with them. We can recommend compatible hardware if you don't have existing cameras — most recommended options are under $1,200 per camera. For most lines, a single camera is sufficient to start.
Images and per-unit decisions are stored on your edge node — your hardware, your premises. Aggregate metrics sync to our cloud for your reporting dashboard. We do not use your product images to train models for other customers. Your defect model is yours.
Yes. Production and Facility plans allow re-training with new defect classes at any time. Threshold adjustments for existing classes can be made via the dashboard without retraining — that takes effect immediately. New defect class additions require a short data collection phase and typically deploy within 1–2 weeks.
Annual billing saves 15% compared to month-to-month. For Facility plan customers, multi-year commitments have additional discounts. Contact us to discuss annual terms.
